A.) Typically the Board Member will alert the District Clerk or the Board President that they would like a paper copy of the evaluation.
B.) The President or District Clerk will go into step 2 and create a PDF.
How to print the Evaluation (Create a PDF)
When generating the PDF, please make sure to select all , so that you include all domains for the rubric that the Superintendent is being evaluated on, as well as the Goals.
Note: If any evidence has been uploaded, such as documents, emails, websites, photos, or PDFs, they may need to be printed.
Warning: This could use a lot of paper and ink!
Solution: You may consider consolidating all evidence into a single PDF and presenting it to the Board Member on a Tablet for easier viewing.
C.) The Board Member will then circle the scores and add in any necessary written comments.
When they have completed all applicable areas, they will then return the paper packet to the District Clerk.
D.) Finally the District Clerk will impersonate the Board Member, and enter their answers in Step 2.
