In this initial step, the administrator and the evaluator collaborate to establish annual goals that reflect the school's growth priorities and align with district performance targets.
- Navigate to your Dashboard

- Ensure there is mutual agreement with the evaluator on the goals and components then click Mark Complete to advance to your self-evaluation in Step 2
Step 2.a: Administrator's Self-Assessment
The administrator conducts a self-evaluation, reflecting on their performance and compiling supporting evidence throughout the year while the evaluator does the same.
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click on Administrator's Self-Assessment
- Throughout the year, continue building your self-review by assessing each individual competency and annual goal
- Provide a Rating
- Submit text evidence in My Reflections and Comments
- Submit tangible evidence (documents, images, websites, etc.) in Supporting Evidence
- Once you are ready to submit your self-evaluation to the evaluator, navigate back to the Dashboard and click on Submit To Year-End Review
Step 2.b: Administrator's Reviewer's Evaluation
The evaluator independently assess the administrator, either from a blank template or by referencing the administrator's self-assessment, while both parties conduct their evaluations simultaneously.
- No action is needed from the administrator during this step
Step 3: Administrator's Consolidated Evaluation
SuperEval automatically combines evaluations from the administrator and the evaluator into a single consolidated document with the administrator's self-assessment, while allowing the evaluator to make necessary changes to the final evaluation.
- No action is needed from the administrator during this step
Step 4: Proposed Evaluation: Final Review and Sign Off
The administrator and primary evaluator conduct a final review, and both parties provide digital signatures to complete the evaluation. The evaluation is stored in a digital archive which can be accessed at any time.
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click on Proposed Evaluation: Final Review and Sign Off
- Click on the dropdown titled Comparison with the Reviewer Consolidated Evaluation Data to view a comparison table to see where the administrator and evaluator aligned on each competency and goal
- Click on View Proposed Evaluation Feedback to view the final proposed evaluation, including both administrator and evaluator ratings and comments
- Click Sign to electronically sign the evaluation (the primary evaluator will not be able to sign the evaluation until after the administrator has done so)
