2-Factor Authentication - Using Email (Verifying Identity)

Choose the “Email me a temporary code”

Next, confirm that you are ready for the email to be sent to your inbox

Next you will need to check your email.
*Note:  If you are checking your email through a web Browser, you will need to open a New Tab/New Window with your email in it

– it is imperative that SuperEval stay open in it’s original Tab/Window.

A new Tab can often be opened with the Plus + button next to your current tab

Also, you can click on the 3 dots (the ellipsis), which will let you open a new Tab or New Window-

Next, open the new Email from SuperEval (in a separate Tab or Window) –

The Email will look like this

You will need to copy the number in the Red box area –

Enter or copy-paste the 6-digit “Verification Code” box in SuperEval

Then press the blue “Verify and Log In” button.

Note: If you are using a Web Browser to check your email, you will want to click on the Tab or Window that has SuperEval open.

If you check the small box, you won’t have to run through this verification process each time you log in-

Note:  The above screenshots are using the Google Chrome browser and Gmail. 
Your experience may differ if using FireFox, other web browsers, and other email clients, like Outlook, etc.
