We’re excited to have you on board as you begin your journey to making evaluations easier and more meaningful. Whether this is your first time logging in or you are having trouble getting back into SuperEval, we've got you covered:
First-Time Login
When logging in for the first time, you must first receive a Welcome Email from noreply@supereval.com (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder). If you can not locate your welcome email, you can reset your password (only if you have been sent a welcome Email) or reach out to our Help Desk to have a new Welcome Email sent. Once you have located your Welcome Email, follow the steps below to log in.
- Click on the Login URL from the Welcome Email (and don't forget to check out Training Hub!)
- Enter your Email Address and the Temporary Password provided in the Welcome Email
- Click Sign In
- Complete 2-Factor Authentication as an extra layer of security

Update your password by entering the Temporary Password (from the Welcome Email) and submitting a New Password that meets the requirements listed
- Click on Change
- Finally, you will be prompted to select your preferred method of Factor Authentication moving forward
Returning Users
If you have logged in before, you can follow the instructions below to login:
- Navigate to the Login URL
- Enter your Email Address and Password
- Click Sign In
- Complete 2-Factor Authentication as an extra layer of security
Password Reset
Lost your password? No worries, you can follow the instruction below to reset your password.
Important: The Reset Password feature only works if you’ve logged in before or have been sent a Welcome Email.
- Navigate to the Login URL
- Click on the Reset Password link
- Check your email for instructions to create a new password.
