Pennsylvania principal evaluations have some unique nuances that differentiate it from other evaluation types. The generation of the 13-2 Rating Form (after digital signatures have been applied in Step 4) is outlined here.
ROLE: Principal / Principal Evaluator
NAVIGATION PATH: Dashboard > View 13-2 Document (button)
On the dashboard view, click the View 13-2 Document at the bottom of the page.
Open the Excel file that downloads to your device. All applicable data and information derived from the evaluation process will be applied to this 13-2 Rating Form.
The date and timestamp associated with the digital signatures reflect when the evaluation was electronically signed in the system (not when the 13-2 Rating Form was downloaded).
The Chief School Administrator may digitally sign the form by typing with a cursive font into the provided signature box, or the file can be printed as a PDF and hand-signed.
To generate a PDF version of the 13-2 Rating Form, click File in the upper left corner.
Click the Print option.
Select the Microsoft Print to PDF option.
