• Can assist with editing Step 1 and Step 2 on behalf of the Superintendent.
• Can upload and link evidence, add goals, and add comments/reflections on behalf of the superintendent.
• Can move the evaluation along from steps 1 to 2, as well as from steps 2 to 3
