A principal can have multiple evaluators, a primary and secondary evaluator. The permissions for each does differ-
Primary Evaluator:
- The primary evaluator will be able to make selections and edits within Step 1.
- Once the evaluation has reached the consolidated step (Step 3), the primary evaluator will be able to make edits and add comments.
- The primary evaluator has all the permissions available to the secondary evaluator.
- Primary evaluator can change the weighting of each participant.
Secondary Evaluator:
- The secondary evaluator will NOT be able to make selections or edits in Step 1.
- They will be able to start their evaluation of the evaluatee once the evaluation is in Step 2.b.
- They will be able to mark Step 2 as "complete" once they are done with Step 2.b.
- In the consolidated step (Step 3), the secondary evaluator will NOT be able to make any edits or leave any comments.
- The secondary evaluator can NOT change the weighting of each participant.
