How do I add notes while waiting for the Superintendent to finish their Self-Evaluation (As Board Member)

The Board of Education will be unable to add comments or begin their evaluation until the Superintendent has completed their self-evaluation. 

In the meantime, the Board Members are able to store PDFs or Word Documents of their notes within their "Portfolio"-

Once the Portfolio loads, you will want to make sure you select your Superintendent's name. -
