How do I redact comments? [Board President/Trusted Agent]

The ability to redact comment signature names becomes available in Step 4.
Click on the words "Consolidated Evaluation Data from the Board" -

Next, click on the orange button titled "View Consolidated Evaluation feedback for Superintendent" -

To redact the Board Member's names from the evaluation comments, press the Edit button and then choose the "Remove Names" option -

A warning will prompt, asking if you are sure that you want to redact the names, and you can select the "Yes, Remove Permanently" option -

After pressing the "Yes, Remove Permanently" button, the following message displays -

All the Board Member names will now display as "Anonymous (Names Redacted)"

Any changes made in Step 4 will be lost if Step 4 moves back to Step 3. And the names will appear again!  If you move the Evaluation backward, please reach out to us, and we can work on a solution for you, like creating a PDF of the Consolidated Step and instructing you on when to redact the names again.
