What happens when I press the “Submit to Board Review” button?

When the “Submit to Board Review” button is pressed, a pop-up will prompt with 3 questions:
 

• Mid-Year Review, is more of a conversation, which you can read more about by clicking HERE.
• Year-End Evaluation, opens the final evaluation, enabling the Board to comment and rate.
• I’m still working, which acts as a cancel button.
