How to submit a Mid-Year review

As the Superintendent, to submit a Mid-Year review:

A.) On the Dashboard, in the row for Step 2, press the "Submit to Board Review" button.
B.) Then select the first button "Yes, submit to a mid-year review"

On the Dashboard, Step 2 will display a message in the right-hand corner - 
"Locked for Mid-Year Review"
