SuperEval gives districts flexibility by allowing you to assign roles and relationships among users. These permissions define how users interact with the platform - whether they can view, edit, or manage evaluations. Follow this guide to learn more about what each role and relationship can do:
Relationships
Relationships individually connect one user to another and determine the level of access they have.
Evaluated By / Evaluating
- Indicates who a user is being evaluated by or who they are evaluating
- Primary Evaluator: The lead evaluator who manages and advances the evaluation process. (denoted by a crown)
-
Evaluator: Additional evaluators who can contribute to the evaluation - the Primary Evaluator sets what percentage each evaluator contributes to the final rating
Viewed by / Can View
- The relationship that gives the viewer ability to view the progress (but not edit) the associated users evaluation in the Select Evaluation dropdown
- Relationship must be designated / requested every time a new user is added to the district
Assistant / is the Assistant of
- The relationship that gives the assistant the ability to support the evaluation by viewing the user's dashboard, editing steps on their behalf (including goals, reflections, and evidence), and marking steps complete on their behalf
Roles
Roles are added permissions that grant the user access to parts of the District Management page along with other permissions. The following roles exist:
District Manager
