Certain Roles and Relationships in SuperEval allow you help other users navigate the platform or assist in their evaluations. There are two ways that this can be accomplished:
Impersonation with the District Clerk Role
Users with the District Clerk Role can impersonate the Superintendent and Board Members - but only if those users have granted access. When impersonating, the District Clerk is fully logged in as that user, allowing them to see and act exactly as the user would.
- Navigate to the Admin page
- Click on the Options dropdown
- Click Impersonate User
The Assistant Relationship
An Assistant helps another user with their evaluation without full impersonation rights. Instead, Assistants have direct access to just the users's evaluations. They can follow these steps to assist a user with their evaluation.
- Navigate to the Dashboard
-
Open the Select Evaluation dropdown.
-
Under Assisting With, choose the user you want to assist.
-
The Assistant can now take the following actions:
-
View the associated user’s dashboard
-
Edit evaluation steps on their behalf (including goals, reflections, and evidence)
-
Mark steps complete on their behalf
-
