The User Enrollment Spreadsheet provides district leaders with a complete view of users in SuperEval and their evaluation assignments. District Managers and users with District Reports Access can request this file. This article will walk you through the important aspects of the spreadsheet and teach you how to access and edit it, to submit Roster Change Requests to your Client Success Manager.
User Enrollment Spreadsheet Overview
The spreadsheet shows how users are set up across the district and allows you to review and update user information in one place.
It includes:
User name, email and position (Columns C, D, F and G)
Assigned rubric (Column L)
Assigned relationships such as Evaluator, Viewer and Assistant (Columns H, I, J and K)
Additional evaluation setup details (Columns R through X)
Because the spreadsheet contains a full snapshot of district user data, it is the most efficient way to submit updates. Instead of sending individual requests, you can update the spreadsheet directly and return it to your Client Success Manager.
