Each evaluation type in SuperEval comes with a set due date. These dates can be adjusted depending on the type of evaluation and the user’s role:
- Superintendent Evaluations: Can be updated by the Superintendent, Board President or District Clerk
 - Employee or Principal Evaluations: Can be updated by the Primary Evaluator or a District Manager
 
Note: Due dates are for reminders only. Reminder notifications will be sent based on the user’s notification preferences. If a due date passes, users will not be locked out of completing the evaluation.
To update the due dates on the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the evaluation
 - Click on the current due date (must be a current or future step)
 - Select a new due date
 - Click on the Green Check Mark to save
