Roles involved: Board President, Superintendent, & Board Members
📋 A Note about the Mid-Year Evaluation:
The Mid-Year review is a board discussion to examine the Superintendent's self-evaluation, you can read more about the Mid-Year Evaluation HERE.
Once the Mid-Year discussion has been concluded, or if the Superintendent did no mean to submit a Mid-Year Evaluation, here are instructions on how to move from a Mid-Year review to a Year-End Evaluation, which will open the evaluation to the Board.
A.) Board President 👤
After selecting the Superintendent from the Dropdown, the Board President will press the blue "Mid-Year Review Complete" button -
B.) Superintendent 👤
After selecting the Self-Evaluation option from the Dropdown, the Superintendent will follow these steps:
- In the row for Step 2, press the blue "Submit to Board Review" button.
- Next, you will have the option to select the Mid-Year or Year-End option.
- In this case you will want to select the button titled "Yes, Submit to a Year-End Evaluation"
At this point, the Board members will receive an email that the Year-End Evaluation is available.
C.) Board Member 👤
- When the Board members log in, they must ensure the Superintendent is selected in the Dropdown.
- Then click on Step 3 -
- To begin the Evaluation for the Superintendent, the Board Member clicks on the controls panel next to their name (View Evaluation button) -
- The Board Member will fill out each pertinent section of the Rubric when Evaluating the Superintendent.
This will auto-save and the Board member can return to the evaluation at any time.
