Evaluation Results: Accessing the Final Evaluation Document [Board instructions]

When the Board Self-Evaluation has been completed, three buttons at the bottom of the page
(below the Dashboard steps) will become active for all Board Members.

To view the full final evaluation online, just like it appears in SuperEval, click the VIEW FINAL EVALUATION button -

To view the final evaluation ratings and final signatures in PDF form (that can be saved to your computer or printed), click the VIEW SUMMARY PAGE -

To obtain all of the files, including the Final Evaluation, evaluation ratings, signatures (both files spoken about in the first two options) as well and any attached documents/evidence, click the EXPORT FINAL EVALUATION button - 

Then, once it has finished generating, click the DOWNLOAD EXPORTED EVALUATION.

This will download a folder containing all of the PDFs and any other file formats attached to the evaluation.
