In many cases, your district/board will require you to fill out each section of the Evaluation, so that it has a 100% status.

However, suppose your district/board does not require that you fill out each section to 100% completion, and you have filled out the evaluation as thoroughly as possible. In that case, the evaluation can be completed by changing the Completion status:
On the screen that shows both Evaluator(s) and Evaluatee(s), you should see this set of icons in the Completion column:
To change the status of you evaluation to Complete you can press on the X and✓, and it will change from the red X to the green checkmark:
Any Evaluation that has the Green Checkmark, regardless if Progress is at 100% or not -- those evaluations are set to a Complete status -- Example:
