Weights & Ranges

The Weights and Ranges in Step 1 are determined by the number of competencies selected within each domain. This helps provide clear visibility into how the evaluation is weighted. As competencies are selected, the system will automatically balance the domain weights though these can be fully customized if needed.

At this time, there is no centralized control over weightings or competency selections. However, administrators and their evaluators can choose to use the suggested, auto-balanced weights, or they can manually adjust them by entering their preferred percentages directly into the Desired Weights column within their own evaluations.
