Weights & Ranges

The Weights and Ranges within Step 1 are based on the number of selected competencies within a domain and allows for transparency of how the evaluation is weighted. The weighting of each domain will auto-balance based on the competency selections from the previous step  (and is fully customizable, if desired).

While there is currently no central control over the weightings and competency selection, administrators, in collaboration with their evaluators, can use the suggested weights that are auto-balanced depending on the competencies selected, or choose to enter a desired percentage or weight for each domain by typing in the number into the Desired Weights column within their own evaluations.
