Weights & Ranges

The Weights and Ranges in Step 1 are determined by the number of competencies selected within each domain. This helps provide clear visibility into how the evaluation is weighted. As competencies are selected, the system will automatically balance the domain weights though these can be fully customized if needed.

Administrators and their evaluators can choose to use the suggested auto-balanced weights, or they can manually adjust within each evaluation by entering their preferred percentages directly into the Desired Weights column within their own evaluations.
