District Clerks have the ability to gain access to district users' accounts (impersonation mode) and enter information into the evaluations on their behalf. District Clerks can access any district account (including Board Members, Superintendents, Administrators, etc.) that has granted permission to be impersonated.
ROLE: District Clerk
NAVIGATION PATH: Dashboard > Admin > District Management
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the round “Admin” button (gear icon).
Next, click on the “District Management” button.
Finally, click on the "Impersonate" button displayed for the desired user. This will allow you to impersonate the users' accounts and make changes on their behalf.
If the "Impersonate" button does not appear for a given user, it means the user has not given permission for account impersonation. Ask the user to follow the steps below.
Navigate to the "View Profile" page (under "Account" tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page).
Click the Edit button (also in the upper right-hand corner of the page).
Scroll down and check the "Allow District Clerk to Impersonate Me..." box.
As the District Clerk, you will now see the "Impersonate" button displayed for the desired user.
When you are finished impersonating a user, click the Account button and select Logout. This will end the impersonation mode but keep you logged into your own account.
