The District Clerk has the ability to impersonate any user who grants them this permission within their SuperEval profile. The impersonation feature allows the District Clerk to access a user's account and make changes as that user, with all changes being saved.
The ability to impersonate within SuperEval allows the District Clerk to assist with the tasks below:
- Helping the Board President move the Mid-Year Review of the Superintendent to a Year-End Evaluation.
- For Board Members who prefer paper, the District Clerk could enter the information into the system based on their paper evaluations.
- Once a board member (or other individual) gives the district clerk the ability to impersonate him/her, the district clerk is able to work on the board members behalf; adding evidence, comments/reflections, and selecting a rating within the rubric
- The District Clerk can move the evaluation forward on behalf of the Superintendent or the Board President. If the District Clerk has permission to impersonate both the Superintendent and Board President, they can assist in moving the evaluation forward when needed.
As the District Clerk, here are instructions on how to Impersonate a User.
