*Impersonating a User
If any Employees in your district want you to impersonate them so that you can edit their evaluations, including the Superintendent, that User will need to grant you access in their Profile instructions here, or we will need written permission sent to the Help Desk at Support@SuperEval.com from the user who wishes to grant permission.
---
*If a User gives you permission to impersonate their profile, here is some further information -
The District Clerk can impersonate a user only if the user grants specific permission in their SuperEval profile. This feature enables the District Clerk to access and modify the user's Evaluation, with all changes saved. The impersonation allows the District Clerk to assist with the tasks below:
- Helping the Board President shift the Superintendent's Mid-Year Review to a Year-End Evaluation.
- Board Members who prefer paper can have the District Clerk enter information based on their evaluations.
- Once a board member authorizes the district clerk to impersonate them, the clerk can add evidence, comments, and select a rating within the rubric.
- The District Clerk can advance the evaluation for the Superintendent or Board President, assisting as needed if permitted to impersonate both.
As the District Clerk, here are instructions on How to impersonate a User.
If you require further assistance, please contact the Help Desk or call 1-844-312-3825.
