Can we re-open the Superintendent Evaluation to allow Members to add or edit comments?

Yes, if you would like to re-open the Evaluation for all Users, or a User needs to make lengthy edits, you can move the Evaluation back to Step 3 by clicking on the Blue upward pointing arrow button
