Part C of the Overall Evaluation results will be incorporated into the Public Document.
The Superintendent and the Board President (speaking for the Board) may each add final comments that will appear on the Final Evaluation/Public Document.
Below the Overall Evaluation for The Superintendent you can type or paste text into the Comments by the Board box.
Note: Once the Superintendent signs the evaluation the Board President is no longer able to add Comments by the Board for the Final Evaluation/PublicDocument.
Part C of the final Step also contains the official signature section, which indicates acceptance that the evaluation process has been completed.
Note: a signature does not necessarily denote agreement with the evaluation.
Next, the Superintendent submits their digital Signature, followed by the Board President's Signature.
Both will receive an email alert, prompted them to sign.
Note: The Board President will not be able to sign the evaluation until after the Superintendent has done so.
Once both parties have signed, going back to the Dashboard will reveal 3 options for creating exportable printable PDF documents; at the bottom under the Evaluation Results -
