Click on Step 4: Consolidated Step
Next click on the "View Consolidated Evaluation Feedback for [Superintendent]" button.
Next, click on the "Overall Evaluation" -
From here, you have 1 of two options:
A. Fill in the Comments by the Board (...One Voice...)
or
B. Scroll to the bottom of the page you can Upload the shared Documents section. This can include a Word Document or a PDF
Option A
- Press the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner
- Select the "Edit Evaluation" option
- And then add text in the box that says "Comments by the Board (Public - One Voice - Appears on Final Evaluation)"
Option B
Under the Shared Documents heading, you have 3 methods to attach a file:
1. Drag and Drop a file into the upload area
2. Add a webpage URL and then press the Submit button
3. Press the Send Attachment(s) via Email
