As the Board President/Trusted Agent, how do I make overall edits to the Superintendent's Evaluation?

1. The ability to make overall edits to the Superintendent's Evaluation are unlocked in Step 4: "Consolidated Evaluation Data from the Board" -



2. Next click the orange "View Consolidated Evaluation" button -



3. A.) Then, in the upper right-hand corner, press the Edit button.
    B.)  Next, select the Edit Evaluation option -



From here you can edit multiple areas.

The rating can be changed -

Also the Feedback and Comments, as well as the Supporting Evidence can be edited as well

Optional -  Some Districts/Boards will speak as 'One Voice'.  In these scenarios the Board President will edit the Feedback and Comments so that it reads as a summary of all of the Board Members combined into 'One Voice'. -
