How to link pre-existing Evidence

There are 2 ways to link pre-existing evidence to your Evaluation.
This can be accomplished through the Portfolio button, or through each competency.

 

Portfolio button

1. Click on the Portfolio button in the upper right-hand corner:

2. Find the desired piece of Evidence and then press the blue pen (edit) button:

3. Scroll down until you find the competency that you want to connect the evidence to, and then press the checkbox:

4. Finally, it is imperative to press the Save button in the upper-right-hand corner.
This is the only page that does not auto-save:

While filling out your Evaluation (each competency)

1. Locate the competency that you want to link the Evidence to.
2. Then press the Paper Clip icon labelled “Supporting Evidence”:

3. Next press the green +Add button:

4. Note: You will need to remember which competency you want to link the evidence to, as the screen will be covered by the new pop-up.

5. Press the blue pen (Edit) button:

6. Finally, it is imperative to press the Save button in the upper-right-hand corner. This is the only page that does not auto-save:
