How to grant impersonation permission to the District Clerk

Click on the Account button,  in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Navigate to the "View Profile" page.

Click the Edit button (also in the upper right-hand corner of the page).

Scroll down and check the "Allow District Clerk to Impersonate Me..." box.
