Can the Board Members see each other's Evaluation comments?

Not while the Board is in the process of filling out the Evaluation of the Superintendent-

However, once the Board President/Trusted Agent opens the Consolidated Step the entire Board will be able to see each individual Board members comments -

There are ways in which the Board members can be prevented from seeing each other's comments, but please note this will also have the same effect on the Superintendent:

A) Write a summary for each section as a voice of one (we), then erase all of the individual comments/names.

B) Redact the individual comments.  Click HERE for instructions on how to Redact the Comments (if you are a Board President/have the Trusted Agent role).
