If the evaluation has been completed and signed by both the evaluator and evaluatee (employee), click on the "Download Exported Evaluation" button at the bottom of the dashboard view. This will create a PDF of the evaluation in its entirety.
If you wish to generate a PDF summary of the evaluation, click the "View Final Evaluation" button at the bottom of the dashboard view.
If you wish to create/print a PDF of the evaluation at any point throughout the process (prior to signatures being applied), click the "Print PDF" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. The "Print PDF" button is available within most steps of the evaluation process.
From here, you will be prompted with select buttons, asking if you want all or some of the evaluation to be exported into an 8.5" x 11" (multi-paged) PDF document:
When you are ready, press the "Generate PDF" button:
Next, you will see this message as the PDF data is compiled:
Once the PDF opens in a new web browser tab, you now have 2 main options:

- Print the PDF
Note: If you are using the PDF as a digital file, any uploaded Evidence will appear as a clickable link in the PDF.
