Any user with the District Manager Role or District Reports Access will have the ability to pull this report containing data points for non-board-evaluated employees (i.e., administrators, principals, etc.).
Any user with the District Clerk Role will have the ability to pull this same report but containing data points for just board-evaluated employees (i.e., superintendent, executive director, board self-evaluation, etc.).
This report gives district leaders more visibility into platform usage and progress, all with the click of a button. With the User Progress Report, you can quickly identify what principals or employees have logged in, where they are in their evaluation, and who may need support or reminders — all in one place.
The report provides up-to-date data any time you need it, including:
- Evaluatee Name, Email, and Position
- Assigned Rubric
- Last Login Date
- Current Step the User is in
- Step Due Dates
- Step Completion Dates
- Mid-Year Evaluation Completion Date (if applicable)
- Final Evaluation Rating (available only to the District Manager)
The employee-specific report is available to District Managers or those with District Reports Access. The board-evaluated report is available to District Clerks. If you would like either of these permissions enabled for yourself or another team member, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we would be happy to set this up for you.
Follow the steps below to access the User Progress Report:
- Navigate to Admin
- Select the School Year you want to export
- Select the Export Data dropdown
- Click on Download User Report Progress
- Download the Report
