District Managers, Assistant District Managers and District Clerks can send welcome emails to users within SuperEval. This feature is helpful for providing login details and prompting users to set up their account or reset their password. Follow these steps to send a welcome email:
- Navigate to the Admin page
- Click on the Options menu (when available) to take further actions for that user
- Note: The Options menu is only available for users you have permission to access - this depends on your Role, the other user’s Role, or your relationship with them
- Select Edit User Profile
- Click Send Welcome Email
- The users password will be reset and they will be sent an email providing the user’s login URL, username, and a temporary password
- Once they login, they will be required to create a new password for security.
