Depending on your Role or a Relationship with a user, you may have permission to edit another user’s profile. This allows you to update key account information, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Title (Changing a user's title does not update the user's role or evaluation)
- Phone number
- Notification preferences
- And more
Follow these steps to update a users profile.
- Navigate to the Admin page
- Click on the Options menu (when available) to take further actions for that user
- Note: The Options menu is only available for users you have permission to access - this depends on your Role, the other user’s Role, or your relationship with them (e.g., if you have View access or Assistant access)

Select Edit User Profile
- Make the necessary edits to the users profile

Click Save
