The User Enrollment Spreadsheet is a tool designed to give district leaders a clear snapshot of all users in SuperEval and their evaluation assignments. Any user with the District Manager Role or District Reports Access can request this file.
This spreadsheet provides an overview of your district’s setup and makes it easy to review and update user information all in one place. It includes details such as:
- User Name, Email, and Position
- Assigned Rubric(s)
- Assigned Relationships (Evaluator, Viewer, Assistant)
- Evaluation Type
- Additional evaluation setup details
Because the spreadsheet contains a full picture of your district’s user data, it is also the most efficient way to submit updates to our team. Instead of sending changes one at a time, you can update the spreadsheet directly and send it back to your Client Success Manager (CSM).
Follow these steps to download the report and send it over to your CSM to make updates:
- Navigate to Admin
- Select the School Year you want to export
- Select the Export Data dropdown
- Click on Download Enrollment Spreadsheet
- Download the Report
- In column A, Change Needed, use the dropdown to identify what type of change you made
- Make edits (email, status, evaluator, etc.) directly into the spreadsheet
- Once updates are complete, return the file to your CSM, who will ensure the changes are processed in the system
