The Principal Report is a reporting tool built specifically for New York and Pennsylvania districts, respectively. Any user with the District Manager Role will have the ability to pull this report.
This report gives district leaders the final evaluation results that account for the custom final rating calculation method due to the necessary specialized principal workflow. With the Principal Report, you can examine the custom data points associated with principal evaluations.
In NY, this report includes the following principal-specific fields:
- Overall Score (0-4)
- Student Performance Category (0-20)
- School Visit Category/Performance Rating (HEDI)
- Overall Rating (HEDI)
In PA, this report includes the following 13-2 Rating Form fields for principals (where applicable):
- Total Points (0-3)
- Overall Performance Rating (Distinguished, Proficient, etc.)
- Final Rating (Satisfactory vs. Unsatisfactory)
- Observation & Practice Earned Points and Rating
- Performance Goals Earned Points and Rating
This report is available to any user with District Manager access. If you would like this permission enabled for yourself or another team member, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we would be happy to set this up for you.
Follow the steps below to access the Principal Report:
- Navigate to Admin
- Select the School Year you want to export
- Select the Export Data dropdown
- Click on Download User Report Progress
- Download the Report
