As the District Manager in SuperEval, you have a unique set of permissions that allow you to support and manage key aspects of your district’s use of the platform. Below is a breakdown of what you can do as a District Manager:
- View entire District roster and Evaluator-Evaluatee relationships (however, cannot alter them)
- Update user’s basic info (name, job title, password, etc.)
- Reset user’s password
- Impersonate Users
- Export Completed Evaluations
* Note that District Managers automatically gain access to all previous school years that the district used SuperEval.
Impersonating Users
In some cases, you may need to impersonate a user to assist with evaluations—such as entering comments or submitting ratings on their behalf. However, you can only do this with explicit permission from the user. There are two ways to receive permission:
- User grants permission directly in their SuperEval profile
- User provides written permission to the Help Desk
Once permission is granted, the District Manager can impersonate users allowing them to assist with the tasks below:
- Mark a step complete
- Upload evidence to the user's Portfolio
- Add evidence, comments, and select a rating within the self-evaluation
- Assist an evaluator with weighting the evaluation appropriately (if there is more than one evaluator), selecting/deselecting rubric competencies, adjusting the domain/standard weighting, etc.
If you require further assistance, please contact the Help Desk or call 1-844-312-3825.
