In SuperEval, you can easily move an evaluation back to a previous step if edits or changes are needed. The ability to roll back an evaluation depends on your role and the current step in the process.
- Evaluatee: Can move the evaluation from Step 2 (Self-Reflection) back to Step 1
- Evaluator: Once the evaluatee submits their Self-Reflection, the option to move the evaluation back to a previous step transfers to the evaluator
- District Manager: Can move the evaluation back at any point for all employee and principal evaluations
- District Clerk: Can move the evaluation back at any point for all superintendent and board evaluations
If you have permission to roll back the evaluation, you will see a blue arrow icon. Clicking this arrow will move the evaluation back to the previous step.
Important: Comments and uploaded evidence are not lost when rolling back. However, any edits made in the Consolidated Evaluation step will be erased if the evaluation is moved back. This happens because the system must re-consolidate all evaluations.
