Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account and helps protect all SuperEval users’ privacy. You can complete verification using a text message or email depending on your preference and account setup.

Using SMS/Text Messaging

1. Log into SuperEval using your email address and password.
2. When prompted for 2-Step Verification, select Text me a temporary code

3. If this is your first time authenticating by phone number, you will be prompted to enter your phone number

 

4. Enter your phone number and press Register Phone Number
5. Confirm by pressing Send Me The Code

6. Input the code that you receive via text message into the text box and press Verify and Log In

Using Email

1. Log into SuperEval using your email address and password.
2. When prompted for 2-Step Verification, select Email me a temporary code

3. We will send an email to the email address that you use to login. Press Send Me The Code

4. Locate the email we sent, containing your verification code\

5. Enter your verification code into the appropriate text box and press Verify And Log In
