Many SuperEval users will upload files into their portfolio, as they receive them for use later in the evaluation process. Others have evidence files uploaded to their Portfolio by an assistant, for their convenience, so they can stay digitally organized and ensure that their achievements and accomplishments are properly represented on their evaluation.  Once these evidence files are uploaded, they will need to be assigned to competencies.  Using previously uploaded evidence allows you to quickly connect existing files to your evaluation goals and components. There are two methods you can use to assign your evidence files:
Assigning Evidence From the Portfolio
Assigning Evidence While Completing Your Evaluation
Assigning Evidence From the Portfolio
- Navigate to Portfolio
-
Locate the evidence file you want to use and press the Edit button on the right side
- Click the checkbox to mark the competencies associated with your selected evidence file. Click the checkbox next to the domain to mark all competencies within that domain at once. Selected competencies will move from Other Competencies to Associated Competencies
-
Click the SAVE button in the top right corner
