Aligning Your Goals With Competencies (Evaluatee)

After you enter your goals into Super Eval and the competencies have been selected, it is time to align these competencies to your goals. This is done inside step 1, on the same screen where you enter the goals. To get there, click on Step 1 from your Dashboard.

Scroll down below the text box where you drafted your goals and press the Alignment button, then check the box for each competency that aligns with this goal. You can select entire domains at once, as well. Repeat this for each of your goals.
